damages are based upon breach of contract, tort, equity, contribution or indemnity or otherwise, and however caused,
arising out of the use or non-availability of this website. Additionally, access to other internet sites linked to this website
are at the user’s own risk and none of the Developer Parties are responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any
information, opinion, advice or statements made on these sites. Your sole and exclusive remedy for issues relating to the
use of this website shall be to discontinue accessing this website and using the information or material obtained from

reserve the right to modify, revise or withdraw any or all of same in their sole discretion and without prior notice. All
improvements, designs and construction are subject to first obtaining the appropriate federal, state and local permits and
approvals for same. All dimensions and acreages are approximate and subject to change, at the Developer Parties’ sole
discretion and should not be relied upon.
1. Product information is incomplete and subject to future revisions and change. As construction and development
progresses, the Developer Parties may need to modify or change floor plans, materials and features without prior notice
or obligation.
2. Product information does not disclose prices, fees or costs. Applicable prices, fees and costs are not disclosed on this
website. For example, there will be homeowner associations supported by residents maintaining common areas and
facilities for a monthly fee. The Montebello Hills Community may be included in community facilities, landscape
maintenance and similar assessment districts which may be financially supported by residents.
3. Product renderings are theoretical. The website contains depictions, photos and renderings which we hope will capture
the essence of the Montebello Hills Community. However, those depictions, photos and renderings are an artist’s
conceptual drawings and will vary from the actual plans and homes built.
Preliminary Advertising. All advertising, promotional materials, site plans and pricing information, IF ANY, associated with
the Montebello Hills Community are preliminary in nature and are subject to change by the Developer Parties without
notice. Prices, plans, architectural renderings and specifications are subject to change without notice. The photographs
contained in this website are merely intended as illustrations of the activities and concepts depicted therein, and are not
intended to be accurate portrayals of the subject matter thereof.
